The beginning of Destiny 1 is actually really hilarious considering our Guardian was like…maybe a couple days old before Zavala sends them to fetch a warp drive. Zavala and the rest are probably thinking “ah another kinderguardian, still green and wet behind the ears, they’ll need intensive training before they’re ready” and then the next thing you fucking know the guardian returns with the warp drive and casually mentions they killed a giant fallen with a funny hat
